Q: How can I offer my services as a volunteer to the Chimpanzee Rehabilitation Project?

A: We receive many enquiries from people who wish to volunteer their services. We have in the past taken long-term volunteers, some of whom have made very valuable contributions to the work of the CRT. We have also taken paying volunteers from time to time. However, our present situation does not lend itself to the use of volunteers other than those with very specialist skills.

It is very disheartening to be continually negative to so many enthusiastic people offering help - so on a positive note: we do have fairly advanced plans for a development and when it has been approved and the funding starts to fall into place we will be seeking volunteers to help us. We will post a notice on the this site and under www.greenvolunteers.com when the time comes.
